A depurative effect is searched through the synergic action of these plants:

It has anti-microbial and anti-fungal effects. It works against the acne. Administered orally it prevents intestinal damage. The EMA approves its traditional use to increase the urinary flow, as an adjuvant in soft urinary infections, in temporary loss of appetite and for the treatment of skin seborrhea conditions.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale)

It has a diuretic effect. It’s used in edemas, fluid retentions, dropsy, obesity, cellulite and to purify in hepatic and renal illness.

Elder (Sambucus nigra)

The dry flower has diuretic, demulcent, anti-rheumatic, sudorific and anti-inflammatory effects. It also works with flu, colds, infectious states, fever and in eruptive illness, like measles. It’s effective against acne, eczema and other dermatosis. It helps with throat diseases too. The EMA considers elder’s flower as a traditional drug for the treatment of common cold.

Green Nettle (Urtica dioica)

We use its leaves and roots. The roots are diuretic, anti-inflammatory, with a specific action over the prostatic tissue. The ESCOP and E Commission believe that the leaf is good to increase the diuresis and in cases of diseases related to inflammation of the urinary tracts and as a coadyuvant in the treatment of rheumatic disorders.

Boldo (Pemus boldus)

It has hepatoprotective action and anti-inflammatory activity.

Birch tree (Betula alba)

We use the dry leafs. A diuretic action is demonstrated, increasing the excretion of water and electrolytes. It prevents the stones in the urinary tracts.

Ash (Fraxinus excelsior)

We use the leaves. It has diuretic effects, as well as sudorific, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, healing and laxative effects. It reduces the arterial pressure and increases the diuresis, with an increasing of the excretion of Na+, K+ and CI-. It’s traditionally used to “clean the urinary tracts” as therapy. Also is used to treat arterial hypertension, as an edema; in overweight with liquid retention, hemorrhoid, varicose veins, flu, colds and constipation.

Lemon (Citrus limón)

It has an appetite's satisfy effect too. Lemon juice is useful to prevent the calcium urolithiasis. Also for its vitamin C content it’s used against the flu. Lemon juice must not be taken in gastroduodenal ulcer cases.

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis)

Peppermint (Mentha piperita)

The leaf has a direct spasmolytic effect over the digestive tracts’ muscles.
